With this in mind, Thrive offers a 30-day no-questions-asked money-back guarantee on all of our red light therapy products. We believe in the quality and effectiveness of all of our devices and panels, and are confident our customers will too. In the event that you change your mind, we are happy for you to return your product during this first 30-day period, assuming the product has not been damaged in any way.
Our Return Process
We have a simple yet effective return process. Simply write a quick email to support@thriveredlight.com and one of your responsive customer service team will reply to you within a few hours to confirm the returns collection process and/or respond to any questions you may have. In the event of a return, we will have the device collected within a few business days for return to our warehouse in the UAE. We will then issue a replacement product or refund as required.

Thrive's red light therapy masks and wearables come with a 30-day return period and a 3-year limited warranty. This includes T1000, T2000, T3000, and T6000 panels.
